Reservation Policy Background

RESERVATION POLICY

Payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged in full on the day of booking. Excluded in the total room rate are taxes and resort fees which are not charged until you arrive at the resort.

Sales Tax: Tax is 11% and is not included in your room rate.

Check-in: Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.​

Parking: One parking space per reservation is provided upon check in and included in the daily resort fee. Additional parking passes may be purchased for $20/day (subject to parking availability). Vehicles not displaying a parking pass or parked in a non-designated spot will be towed and assessed a $250 fine. No overnight parking allowed in the Park City Mountain Resort parking lot. Vehicles will be towed.

 

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the property.

 

Additional Rules:

Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

(Off Peak) April 14 to November 20 each year:

 

  • Cancel without penalty with at least 3-days advance notice prior to arrival. NO REFUND when you cancel with less than 3-days notice.

 

(Peak) November 21 - April 13:

 

  • NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel within 30 days of your reservation date.

 

Christmas (12/24, 12/25), New Year’s Eve (12/31), and President's Day Weekend:

  • NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel within 30 days of your reservation date.
